Focus hour
I recently had a focus hour with Katie to talk about my “business”. I went from “how do you feel about your business-terrible” to “ok… I may be able to do this”.
I’ve been asked to fill in a form to get a better understanding of where I am at. Katie had a look into my social media’s and we had a lovely chat about my goals, what I’d like to achieve, my ideal client, networking and more.
Throughout our conversation my mindset has shifted almost immediately. It was great to chat to Katie, she gave me the motivation to keep going and reminded me that in fact I’m a great therapist but I’m spreading myself too thin and trying to please everyone. Something that I was aware of, guess I needed to hear it from someone else to realise I need to make changes if I want my business to work.
Lots to work. Already ticked off some points we have made together and I am excited to see where this will take me. I also received through the post the cutest motivation cards from Katie which I try to read everyday to remind me that I’ve got this! 💪🏼 I would highly recommend Katie for a 1-1 anyone needing some guidance.
